Kaush

Every day is different, mostly spent either at my desk, on the phone, or in the car on the motorway. The best part is the team. We have a great team and are always laughing.

One of my favorite moments since working here is every Christmas night out, as well as watching the team expand year after year. In my spare time, I like to play Cricket and Golf, watch Manchester United, and socialise with friends.

 

Adam

I manage our client’s accounts, attend meetings, and send updates about our campaigns. I do Telemarketing for our clients and YLM, as well as providing training for the Telemarketing team.

We have a great time here and everyone is different, I also enjoy working closely with our clients. Any client renewal is a personal favorite of mine as it shows the great work that the team has put in.  I like to play a lot of football and golf, and more recently I have got into playing Darts. I’m a big Southampton FC fan so I go to as many games as I can and spend time with friends and family.

Drew

My key role is to ensure the team is performing well and happy within the workplace, as well as communicating with our clients to ensure the campaigns are performing well. I also manage the finances and ensure that the company develops in all areas.

The team is fantastic. I enjoy working with everyone and helping them grow. There have been so many great moments that I can’t pin it down to one specific moment.  I spend a lot of time with my wife and kids, love going to the gym, watching football and the F1, as well as socialising with friends and family.

 

Grace

My activity involves servicing our clients via telemarketing, reporting back to my management team, and keeping the vibes high in the office.

No two days are the same. The only consistent thing is the fun and giggles we all have as a team! My favorite memory was when one of our call-answering clients sang Tom Happy Birthday… but it wasn’t intended for Tom! When I’m not running around after my children (& husband) I like to socialise with friends and try out the new cocktails on the scene. In the summer you’ll find me at the beach!

Jade

I spend my days building relationships with my network and prospecting for YLM. A lot of my time is on the phone, Teams, and LinkedIn, as well as getting out and about exhibiting. I love working here because of the culture that we stand by, fun, friendly, fair, and a motivated team and management.

One of my favorite memories to date was our Christmas Office celebration, celebrating our Employee of the Year and Directors Award.

 

Lucy

My main role includes managing clients LinkedIn accounts and creating posts for social media clients. As well as making content for our company – including writing blogs, social media content, mailshots, and managing our own LinkedIn page.

The culture and team are the best part. We have a great time as a team, and the office is always full of laughter, support, and encouragement. I don’t think I can pinpoint a favorite moment; it has been an overall great experience from the start! From the belly laughs we have in the office, to the fun nights out, to passing my exams it has been a whirlwind.

Tom

My main responsibilities include managing LinkedIn accounts, creating social media content for clients, email marketing, managing our website, and taking calls on behalf of our call-answering clients.

The best thing is how friendly and helpful everyone is. From the minute I walked through the door everyone has been so supportive and friendly which helped me to settle in so quickly and hit the ground running.

In the summer, I captain my local cricket club, enjoy football and am very partial to a beer or two, and love socialising with my friends and family.

Emily

I’m the marketing manager and I coordinate the marketing efforts here at YLM, which include things like email campaigns, creating content for our marketing and social media, and marketing collateral,
Your lead Machine is such a fun place to work, I think we have a perfect balance of having an office giggle but getting our heads down when we need to.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my little family and friends. A Friday catch-up with the girls and our children is my favourite thing of the week.

Howard

In my day-to-day role, I service our clients through Telemarketing, the best thing about YLM is that everyone is very welcoming, there is a great atmosphere, and everyone laughs while meeting our targets.

In my spare time, I play football, listen to music, exercise, and take photos of landscapes. When I was growing up it changed over time what I wanted to be, first it was a footballer, an architect, a graphic artist, and a recording artist.

My colleagues would describe me as quiet, funny, and polite.

Lex

As a telemarketer, my role revolves around reaching out to potential clients, building rapport, and gathering key information to help our clients grow their businesses. On a typical day, I connect with a wide range of prospects, engaging in meaningful conversations to qualify leads and schedule appointments for clients.

Working in a driven, fun, and hardworking environment makes it all the more enjoyable—our team thrives on collaboration, motivation, and a positive atmosphere, ensuring each day is both productive and fulfilling. The best thing about working here at YLM is that everyone is amazing to work with, we have a supportive team, with different personalities and they are all so friendly.
